Cancellation and refunds

Cancel future renewals

Cancel your subscription through Whop before its next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; your access normally remains active until the current paid period ends.

Cooling-off rights

If you buy as a consumer and the law gives you a 14-day cancellation right, contact us within that period. Because you ask for membership access to start immediately, a reasonable amount may be deducted for access already supplied where the law permits.

Payment problems

Tell us promptly if you were charged after a valid cancellation or believe a payment is incorrect. We will review the Whop record and correct verified errors.

Service issues

If the service is materially unavailable or not as described, contact support with the details. Refunds are assessed fairly and your statutory rights are not affected.
